Eastern North Carolina Digital Workforce Readiness Network

After years of impactful service in the federal sector, our founder recognized a powerful opportunity that was needed to support our civil services population in Eastern NC. While preparing for the transition, it was observed that a common challenge among colleagues was also a challenge in the community: a struggle with essential digital skills that were becoming crucial in the modern landscape. Led by this insight, she confidently set out to create a solution—a coalition designed to empower individuals with these skills. While not meant to replace community colleges and libraries programs, our initiative aims to supplement them by bringing essential digital literacy directly into the community.
